Students Documents Verification Schedule for 1st Sem UG Admission 2024-25

Students must bring the following original Documents for Verification and one photocopy of each

(i) Print out of Duly Filled Application Form

(ii) Provisional Admission Certificate

iii) Admission Money Receipt

iv) Proof of Date of Birth (Admit Card (MP) / Birth Certificate)

v) Marks sheet of class X (MP).

vi) Marks sheet of class XII (HS).

vii) ID Proof (Aadhar Card/ Driving License/Pan Card/Voter ID)

viii) School Leaving Certificate

ix) Caste Certificate (EWS/SC/ST/OBC/PwD/CW/KM) (in the name of the candidate) issued by the competent authority (From West Bengal Only)

x) Bank passbook
